Addenbrooke’s hospital is part of the Pilgrim PRU, which is an outstanding alternative education provision supporting children and young people in four hospital schools in in Cambridge. These include, The Darwin Centre for Young People, The Croft Children and Family Centre, The Phoenix Centre and the School at Addenbrooke’s

We are looking for a Primary Teacher who will be based at Addenbrooke’s Hospital. We are looking for an inspirational, creative and experienced teacher to work with primary aged children at Addenbrooke’s hospital.

Do you have:

  • Experience, inspiration and passion to teach core primary education covering EYFS to Key Stage 2
  • High expectations of all learners and a belief that you can make a difference
  • Ability to work as part of a team and work collaboratively and effectively with others
  • Ability to accurately assess learning, differentiate and set individualised programmes of work
  • Ability and motivation to create a supportive and focused learning environment
  • Willingness to try new approaches and share good practice.
