Pastoral Support Mentor

Post: Pastoral Mentor 15 hours per week

Salary: Equivalent to Level 2

At Hemingford Grey we prioritise the importance of children feeling safe and happy to enable children to be successful learners. We highly value the wellbeing of all members of our school community so the successful candidate would be a pivotal member of our team.

The purpose of the Pastoral Support Monitor is to work as a member of the school’s Inclusion team, working alongside teaching staff, parents and pupils. The underpinning value of the work is to ensure that every pupil achieves their potential through the provision of targeted support and intervention, working with the school’s leadership.

Whilst we aim to be flexible, ideally the hours would be spread over three days, working 5 hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
