Hours 28.75 hours per week 8.45 am to 12.30 pm and 1.00pm to 3.00pm
Work Commitment 39 (includes training days)

Salary Range SCP 14 - £17,681 FTE*
*your salary will be prorated based on the number of weeks and hours per week that you work

We require an enthusiastic and conscientious Nursery Nurse or Teaching Assistant to join our experienced staff team supporting children in our nursery for 2 – 5 year olds.
Applicants must demonstrate a good knowledge of the requirements of the EYFS, have good planning and observations skills together with experience of working with children in this age-range and have the ability to develop effective relationships with colleagues, children and parents
Ideally you will hold a Level 2 childcare qualification or above and your aim in our nurseryclassroom should be centred on giving our young children the best possible start to their life in education. Every day you will be assisting in teaching key skills within the 17 areas of learning in the Foundation Stage curriculum along with encouraging good behaviour.
Aside from working with the children, your job also involves setting up and tidying away all activities, analysing and recording each child's progress, recording our online learning journey software and talking about it with parents /carers.
